How payment is collected and what to expect at delivery.
Our standard method is payment directly to the courier when the parcel arrives. Available payment instruments can depend on the courier and destination.
The amount communicated during the order process is the amount due unless correction of an obvious error is necessary. Do not pay unofficial contacts or accounts.
If nobody is available or payment cannot be completed, the courier may attempt a new delivery or return the parcel. Contact support for assistance.
