Information for consumers withdrawing from a distance purchase.
A consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the consumer, or a nominated person other than the courier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Before the deadline, send an unequivocal statement to [email protected], including your name, address, order reference, product and decision to withdraw.
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [product]. Ordered on/received on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision. Direct return costs are generally borne by you unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Valid reimbursements are made in accordance with applicable law. Statutory exceptions may apply, including certain sealed hygiene goods after opening.
